Before entering the profession, he spent years traveling the world as a professional musician, an experience that taught him how to connect with people from all walks of life and listen deeply to what matters to them. Later, his work designing and building hotels and restaurants refined his understanding of space, design, and functionality — knowledge he brings to every buyer and seller he represents. Having owned and operated a 50-agent office, managed residential development sales, and guided countless clients through life-changing moves, Rodger is a hands-on professional known for his strong communication, market insight, and unfailing dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes.
